What content can I upload onto my Lived Memories Plaque?
You can upload one video per plaque. Each video can be up to 100 MB, which is approximately 5 minutes in length. Please ensure that your video is in MP4 format to be compatible with our platform.

New Zealand orders can take between 7-10 days to be processed and shipped.
Understanding QR Codes
What is a QR code?
A QR code (or Quick Response Code) is the trademark for a type of matrix barcode first designed for the automotive industry in Japan. A barcode is a machine-readable optical label that contains information about the item to which it is attached. Just like any other mobile app, it needs internet — please check wherever the QR code will be placed that it receives internet.
Why use a QR code?
QR codes are more useful than a standard barcode because they can store (and digitally present) much more data, including url links, geo coordinates, and text. The other key feature is that instead of requiring a chunky hand-held scanner, many modern cell phones can scan them. Make sure to scan QR codes from trustworthy software.
Are your QR codes from a trustworthy source, and are there any limits on use?
The short answer is yes. These limits only apply to dynamic QR codes that use our (optional) URL shortener — QR codes that do not use our URL shortener (static QR codes) have no scan limits.
How do you scan a QR code on an iPhone or Android?
Download any QR code reader app for free on your Android or iPhone — that's all you need.
Safety & Longevity
Are my videos stored in a safe place?
Our company ensures the safe keeping of all loved ones' videos through a third party. The intellectual property is owned by the purchaser.
What is the lifespan of the plaque?
The lifespan of a Lived Memories brass QR code plaque lasts for 50 years plus. We take great pride in our strong clear coats as the most effective way to battle the corrosion process — once the marker is finished, it is topped with three types of special clear coat.

Refund Policy
At Lived Memories, we strive to provide the highest quality products and services to honour your loved ones. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our policy below.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are available for products that are defective or damaged upon arrival.
Custom orders, including personalised QR Code Plaques, may not be eligible for refunds once they have been processed.
2. Requesting a Refund
To initiate a refund, please contact us at info@livedmemories.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a brief description of the issue.
3. Return Process
If your refund request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item. All returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.
4. Refund Processing Time
Once we receive the returned item, please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
